From Start to Finish – Current IMCP students met with Dr. Ali Khashab – IMCP Alumni of 2009.
Castel Education were delighted to welcome Dr. Ali Khashab to deliver an inspirational talk to some of our current IMCP students in Munster Technological University (MTU) Kerry last week.
Dr. Ali is an alumni of our first International Medical Commencement Programme (IMCP) in 2009 and has made the journey from the IMCP, through RCSI and has been practicing medicine as a qualified Doctor since graduating in 2016 (Pictured Above). Dr. Ali is also a member of the Royal College of Physicians (RCPI) in General Internal Medicine, another one of Castel Education’s partners.
Dr. Ali has been very appreciative of what the IMCP programme has done for him. He has acknowledged how it introduced him to Irish society, culture, language and the way of life. The integration and acceptance he received from his host family was one of the highlights of his time in Tralee.
The students who attended his motivational seminar found it to be inspirational and motivating. Dr. Ali has given students in Tralee guidance on how to navigate the Medical Education world.
A newly appointed Assistant Consultant in Internal Medicine (Cardiology) in King Abdullah Medical City Makkah. His experience in Ireland covers Cork University Hospital and The Mercy Hospital with various specialties.
As Castel Education continues to grow, with our recent partnership with Cambridge Education Group (CEG) we hope to have many more success stories such as Dr. Ali’s into the future.
We wish Dr. Ali Khashab the very best in his future endeavours and hope he returns soon to help inspire more future Doctors.
