1. Allied Healthcare undergraduate & postgraduate Pathway Programmes: Through partnership we currently provide structured pathways for students who wish to study Medicine, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Nursing, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Paramedic Studies at undergraduate degree level in Ireland. In addition we support International Medical graduate residency & fellowship training with our partners in Medicine, Surgery, Anaesthesiology, Radiology, Family Medicine, etc.
2. Online Language Training & Support: Castel Connected is a unique video-based language learning platform accessible from anywhere in the world using PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone. Each programme is custom designed for the individual based on their current vs. desired English language levels and the time they have available to achieve this goal.
3. Custom structures: We work with Medical manpower departments to strategically address candidate sourcing in a sustainable way. This has included the implementation of structured pathways which includes recruitment, custom upskilling to our partners needs and ongoing support of qualified candidates placed at your facility over a period.
